This survey is brought to you by Gunnison County Substance Abuse Prevention Project (GCSAPP). This survey is administered every three years with the purpose to research and learn about the community's attitudes, perceptions, and use of drugs and alcohol. Your participation will help inform future prevention, treatment, recovery, and harm reduction in our community.
